All season subscribers from our 2021-2022 season have been sent renewal packets in the mail for the Friends of the Central Library Author Series 28th season 2022-2023. Accessibility at the Oncenter Crouse Hinds Theater:

ASL sign language interpreters are on stage at all Rosamond Gifford Author Series events.

Accessible seating locations (i.e. Wheelchair spaces and companion seats) for the Crouse Hinds Theater are available for purchase for individuals with disabilities and their companions through Ticketmaster and /or the Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter. You may use the following information for reference when choosing seats:
– Seating that is accessible to patrons who use a wheelchair is located in row X on both the left and right sides of the theater.
– Seating for people with other mobility challenges is located in row W on both the left and right sides of the theater.
– Seating for people with visual impairments is located in row A.

Complimentary assistive listening devices are available for audience members. An infrared (IR) system allows signals to be received through the assistive listening device, which is worn around a patrons’ neck. These devices may be signed out for shows from any of the Guest Services Ushers at the Crouse Hinds Theater.
